Mrs. Emery awarded Frankin County Retired Educators Grant

Our First Grade teacher Tabitha Emery was recently awarded a grant from the Franklin County’s Retired Educators for a monthly cooking and nutrition program. The grant will buy cooking supplies so the first graders can learn life skills, as well as skills from math, reading and science. The program will also source some ingredients from our own garden, as well as food from the local community.
